Well, we’ve won lots of awards – over the last couple of years we’ve won no fewer than five! And we have standards! In 2003 Autonomy achieved the ISO 9001 worldwide quality management standard and the ISO 14001 standard, which covers environmental management issues. We believe that we were the first UK production company to gain both these standards and there is no doubt that they’ve helped us provide and even better service to our clients. In fact we regularly commission an independent company to contact our clients to find out just what they think of us. In their last report we were graded gold, [the highest level] with an overall score of 90%.
