Your will need...

  • Experience working in an L&D environment, preferably in-house.

  • Skilled user of Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools.

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

  • Understanding of learning methodologies and the ability to apply design theories, practices and methods.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

  • Adept at managing upwards, keeping senior project stakeholders on track.

  • Effective project management skills.

  • Tenacious and resilient; able to multi-task and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
