The Brief.
Zapp EV are at the very start of their training journey. With their high-performance and exceptionally sustainable electric scooters, it was imperative to develop a comprehensive training program that focused on High-Voltage risks and safety precautions when working with and around their Electric Vehicles.

In addition to these training materials, Zapp also required a user-accessible platform to host this content. Without a traditional LMS in place, it was vital that they could deploy and track user data to ensure consistency for all employees working with high voltage vehicles. It was also a requirement that this content and the host platform itself was adapted to be accessible in multiple languages for all users within the network.
The Solution.
At Autonomy we boast a wealth of experience in the development of EV and HV related content for our clients. This is supported by a team of expert technical writers with years of industry experience, who all help to craft our training materials.

This would include covering topics such as AC/DC, Voltage, Current Flow, Resistance, The Dangers of High Voltage and Emergency Procedures. Safe working practices specifically around the i300 were also required, along with an assessment to test knowledge and understanding of the subjects covered. Due to the vector-based nature of the content used we would also have the ability to repurpose these assets to be on-brand for the client which would then create a template for all future courses moving forward.
As part of our services and the support tools that we offer, our Digital Learning Portal would provide the entry point needed to allow Zapp to train a growing network of users in the UK and Europe. Whilst not a fully functioning LMS, our portal allows for the quick setup of training based content with a multi user and multi language based approach with simple reporting features to ensure engagement and consistency. It’s flexibility also allows the the platform to grow as you do, with the ability to add and refine features as more data is added.
